Frequently asked questions

Clinicians, educators, mental health professionals, parents, family caregivers, and community organizers are welcome. You do not need professional credentials to join. Registration is intended for adults age 18 and older.

All six live sessions, giveaway entry, and the opportunity to connect with attendees and speakers. Recordings and PDH credit are not included.

“Watch Anytime and Gain Credit” and “All Access” include recordings through November 14, 2027. The date recordings first become available will be confirmed before registration opens.

For either paid experience, once attendance is verified and the course assessment and evaluation are complete, certificates are emailed to the address used at registration. Live attendance certificates are sent within two weeks of the event. Replay certificates are sent by the 10th of the following month—for example, a December completion receives a certificate by January 10.

Each session is 60 minutes. Earn 1.0 PDH when you complete each session in the conference or 6.0 PDHs when you complete all sessions in the event. PDH credit is included only with the two paid experiences. Content satisfies DEI and ASHA Content Area 2 requirements.

For live webinars and on-demand courses, request a full refund in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, or if you miss the live event, you may request credit toward another course within 7 days after the event. For in-person events, request a refund at least 2 weeks beforehand; an applicable processing fee is deducted. Later cancellations and no-shows may request course credit within 7 days after the event. If HOS Collective cancels an event, you receive a refund or credit. If an event is rescheduled, request a refund or credit within 48 hours of notice; otherwise your registration transfers. Yes. Email hello@ceupd.com at least two weeks before a live or in-person event. Requests are handled confidentially, and the team will work with you to arrange a reasonable accommodation. For the November 13 event start, please contact us by October 30.

All Access costs $49.99 initially before tax and includes your first year of CE Monitor Core. Core automatically renews at $29.99/year beginning one year after purchase unless canceled before renewal. A verified CE Monitor account is required; your confirmation email contains activation instructions. Activation does not delay renewal.
