First event launch review
The event pages and registration preview are ready for feedback. Registration remains closed while the decisions below are resolved and the operational services are connected.
How to review
Check the homepage, event details, each experience, mobile navigation, About, FAQ, and policies. Use sample details in the registration flow. Send feedback to the project owner by decision number, with the approved wording or choice. This page has no feedback submission form.
This preview requests that search engines not index it, but it is not password-protected. Anyone with the site link can view these notes.
1. Schedule confirmed
The supplied schedule graphic establishes the six-session running order and presenter assignments for November 13–14, 2026.
Current preview: The event page now includes the schedule graphic, accessible session times and titles, and time assignments in each session description.
2. Credit amounts confirmed; completion process pending
PDH amounts and content requirements are confirmed. Finalize attendance thresholds, assessments, evaluations, reporting, and whether repeating a session live and on replay earns credit only once. Any ASHA CEU registry offering still needs separate confirmation and approved-provider wording.
Current preview: Each 60-minute session earns 1.0 PDH, with 6.0 PDHs for all sessions. Credit is included with the two paid experiences. Content satisfies DEI and ASHA Content Area 2 requirements.
3. Registration, payment, and joining instructions
Select the hosted registration/payment service and webinar platform. Provide or configure free registration and the two paid products. Confirm taxes, support ownership, refund handling, duplicate registrations, and upgrade rules. Decide how joining links, receipts, and reminders will be delivered.
Current preview: The registration backend and checkout integration are implemented locally. Production registration remains closed; staging payment, email, and recovery acceptance is pending.
4. Recordings and certificates
Confirm when recordings first become available and how access is restricted to paid attendees through November 14, 2027. Assign responsibility for attendance verification, assessments, evaluations, and certificate emails. Clarify the refund/credit window for later replay purchases.
Current preview: Certificate delivery follows the event brief and FAQ: live within two weeks; asynchronous by the following month’s 10th. Terms have been adapted from account downloads to this email workflow.
5. CE Monitor Core fulfillment
All Access is $49.99 initially before applicable tax; Core renews at $29.99/year. Existing CE Monitor members use event-only checkout. Verify activation, cancellation, and renewal in staging.
Current preview: Watch Anytime is $29.99 through November 1 and $39.99 from November 2, 2026 (Eastern time). All Access stays $49.99. Core activation instructions arrive in the CEUPD registration email.
6. Portraits and credentials confirmed
The supplied numbered identifications and credentials are applied below and on the event page. Ayana Green’s portrait has been replaced with the newly supplied image. Review biographies and any presenter disclosures needed for the final credit offering.
Current preview: All eleven portraits are matched to their speakers. The original images are preserved for future use. Session descriptions are condensed; the apparent duplicated paragraph in Amanda’s source description is omitted.
7. Policies, giveaways, and accommodations
Review the full Terms and Privacy pages against the actual services, provider status, and account features. Confirm whether giveaway entry also applies to paid attendees and supply giveaway terms. Confirm accommodation arrangements and the complaint acknowledgement timeframe before promising it.
Current preview: The preview preserves the supplied policies apart from the certificate-delivery adaptation. The FAQ uses email for complaints rather than a nonexistent page, and omits the unconfirmed three-business-day acknowledgement promise.
Portrait identification
Portraits and credentials reflect the supplied review feedback. Numbers retain their original review identifiers.
