About This Site
ceupd.com (the “Site”) is operated by HOS Collective LLC (“HOS Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site offers live, on-demand, and in-person continuing education (CE) courses for speech-language pathologists and related professionals, designed to support professional development, ASHA certification maintenance, and state licensure requirements.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase courses. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are able to enter into a binding agreement.
Courses and CE Credit
HOS Collective is an ASHA CE Approved Provider. Each course listing states the number of CEUs offered, instructional level, learning outcomes, access period, and requirements for earning credit.
To earn ASHA CEUs, learners must meet all course requirements, which may include attending the full live session or viewing the full recording, completing a learning assessment, and submitting a course evaluation. We report completed courses to the ASHA CE Registry for learners who request it within 45 days of course completion. For the November 13–14, 2026 event, certificates of completion are emailed to the address associated with your registration after completion requirements are met. Live attendance certificates are sent within two weeks of the event. Certificates for asynchronous completion are sent by the 10th of the following month.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure courses meet CE requirements, but we are not responsible for changes made by ASHA, state licensing boards, or other regulatory bodies that affect a course’s eligibility. Learners are responsible for confirming that courses meet the requirements of their own licensing boards or employers.
We may update, reschedule, or retire courses at any time. The length of access for each on-demand course is stated in the course description.
Professional Conduct and Nondiscrimination
HOS Collective is committed to a learning environment that is fair, safe, respectful, and inclusive. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, national origin, language, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, socioeconomic status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
All learners, instructors, and staff are expected to act with integrity, treat others with respect, engage in disagreements constructively, and protect confidential information. Harassment, discriminatory language, and disruptive behavior are not tolerated in any course, event, chat, or discussion space. Violations may result in removal from a session or loss of access to the Site without refund.
Concerns may be reported confidentially to hello@ceupd.com.
Accommodations
If you need a disability-related or other accommodation to participate in a course, please contact us at hello@ceupd.com at least 2 weeks before a live or in-person event. We will review requests promptly and confidentially and work with you to provide reasonable accommodations.
Accounts and Security
You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep it up to date. Your account is for your individual use only; you may not share your login credentials or allow others to access courses through your account. Please notify us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of registration. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars, and applicable sales tax will be added where required.
Courses and events canceled or rescheduled by HOS Collective If we cancel a course or event, you will receive a full refund or a credit toward another course. If we reschedule a course or event, you may request a refund or credit within 48 hours of being notified. After 48 hours, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.
Live webinars and on-demand courses To cancel a registration for a full refund, send written notice to hello@ceupd.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests received after 24 hours, or for a live event you did not attend, are not eligible for a refund. However, you may request a credit toward another course by emailing hello@ceupd.com within 7 days after the event ends.
In-person events To receive a full refund minus an applicable processing fee, send written notice to hello@ceupd.com at least 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, but you may request a credit toward another course by emailing hello@ceupd.com within 7 days after the event ends.
