1. Who We Are

ceupd.com (the "Site") is operated by HOS Collective LLC ("HOS Collective," "we," "us," or "our"). HOS Collective is an ASHA CE Approved Provider offering live webinars, on-demand courses, and in-person continuing education events for speech-language pathologists and related professionals.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you participate in courses, and limited technical information.

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, login credentials, and communication preferences.
  • Professional information, such as your profession, credentials, ASHA account number, state license information, and work setting, used to issue certificates and report CE credit.
  • Registration and participation records, such as courses purchased, attendance and time-in-session data, viewing progress for on-demand courses, sign-in records for in-person events, learning assessment results, and course completion status.
  • Course evaluations and feedback, including survey responses and needs assessment surveys.
  • Accommodation requests, including information you share so we can provide a reasonable accommodation.
  • Billing information processed by our payment provider, such as transaction identifiers, purchase history, and limited payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications, including messages sent by email, contact forms, or during live sessions (such as chat and Q&A).
  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic data.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve our continuing education services, including to:

  • Create and manage accounts, process registrations and payments, and provide course access.
  • Verify attendance and course completion and issue certificates.
  • Report completed courses to the ASHA CE Registry for learners who request it.
  • Arrange accommodations and support learners before, during, and after courses.
  • Send course confirmations, access details, reminders, certificates, and administrative messages.
  • Conduct needs assessments and review evaluations to improve course topics, presenters, and formats.
  • Send newsletters and information about upcoming courses, if you choose to receive them.
  • Maintain records required by ASHA CE and respond to ASHA requests for documentation.
  • Monitor performance, prevent misuse, protect the Site, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

4. Live Sessions and Recordings

Live webinars may be recorded so they can be offered as on-demand courses. Recordings focus on presenter content. Your name, chat messages, or questions may be visible to other participants during a live session and may appear in a recording if you speak or post publicly. Please do not share identifying information about clients or students during any session.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, session tokens, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, track course progress, measure usage, and protect the Site. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, but some features, such as course progress tracking, may not work correctly without them.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited situations:

  • With ASHA, to report course completions to the ASHA CE Registry for learners who request it and to provide documentation required of ASHA CE Approved Providers.
  • With presenters, who receive evaluation feedback in summary or anonymized form. Presenters do not receive your contact or payment information without your consent.
  • With service providers that help us operate the Site, such as hosting, webinar and learning platforms, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and customer support.
  • With your employer or organization, for group or district registrations, limited to registration, attendance, and completion information.
  • With regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Site.
  • In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services for hosting, webinars, course delivery, payments, email, and analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and their agreements with us. Links to external websites, including ASHA, state licensing boards, and presenter resources, are not controlled by us. Please review their policies before providing information to them.

8. Data Retention

We retain registration, attendance, assessment, evaluation, and completion records for as long as required by ASHA CE policies and applicable law, and as needed to provide our services, maintain your account, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account or certain information, but we may retain course records that we are required to keep as an ASHA CE Approved Provider.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
